Our Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
To start the process, email our Colorado-based customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 24 business hours with:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Return shipping instructions
- Exchange availability confirmation (if applicable)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- Items are in original condition with tags attached
- Shoes are in the original box (we recommend double-boxing)
- Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
For Returns: Once received, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
For Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as possible. If your preferred item is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or process a refund.
Important Notes
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn or damaged footwear
- Sandals & Slides that show signs of wear
- Items purchased on final sale (clearly marked on product page)
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees or return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot credit items until they’re received at our Colorado facility.
