Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind our quality footwear just like you stand in our comfortable hiking shoes and running shoes. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

Our 4-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Email our Colorado-based customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Product name & style code (if available)
- Reason for return (size issue, defective, not as described, etc.)
- For exchanges: indicate preferred new size or alternative product
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 24 business hours with:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Return shipping instructions
- Exchange availability confirmation (if applicable)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- Items are in original condition with tags attached
- Shoes are in the original box (we recommend double-boxing)
- Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
For Returns: Once received, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item as soon as possible. If your preferred item is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or process a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn or damaged footwear
- Sandals & Slides that show signs of wear
- Items purchased on final sale (clearly marked on product page)
International Returns Note: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot credit items until they’re received at our Colorado facility.
